Hello Arlyn, It’s okay, but it’s best if you take luxxe white 4 times a day before meal and 1 – 2 capsules before you sleep just make sure you drink water first or may food na ang tiyan mo. No such thing as overdose kasi food supplements ang both. Thanks!
